Our good friend, skate legend, Team Red Vines™ VIP, and all-around solver-of-problems Andy Macdonald has partnered up with app developer Jonathon Spooner to come out with the handy, and handsomely priced (Free), Pushwood iPhone app that helps skaters find local skateparks and sick skate spots around the world.

Using location-based technology, the beautifully-designed app pinpoints your location in Google Maps and serves you up a hot, steaming plate of geo-locational skatepark knowledge right at your fingertips.  To make this app even more useful, Pushwood allows you to filter by amenity; free skate parks, lighted parks, outdoors, indoors, pads required, concrete, and wood can all be snuffed out.
